How To Use

Milk can be replaced with any non-dairy alternative.

Yield: about 8-10 four-inch pancakes or 3-4 seven-inch waffles.

1. In a large bowl, using a wire whisk or electric mixer, blend all ingredients together, until smooth. If desired. stir in toppings like chocolate chipe, bananas, blueberries or nuts.

2. For pancakes, heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-low heat. Pour approx. 4 cup batter for each pancake, and flip when tiny bubbles form on top. Cook until bottom of pancakes are golden brown.

3. For waffles, pour batter onto preheated and greased waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's instructions.
