Ingredients

Whole wheat flour, Whey protein concentrate, Wheat protein isolate, Milled flax seed, Baking powder, Natural vanilla flavour, Salt, Monk fruit concentrate.

How to Prepare

1. Combine 2/3 cup of mix with 1/2 cup of water or milk.

2. Mix together.

3. Cook 1-2 minutes per side, on a lightly oiled pan.

4. Serve with your favourite topping, like syrup or fresh fruit.

- For waffles, cook on a medium-hot waffle maker for about 3-4 minutes.
