Ingredients

Potato Flour, Tapioca Flour, Rice Flour, Sugar, Corn Starch, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate ,Monocalcium Phosphate ,Salt ,Maltodextrin ,Xanthan Gum.

Directions

Prep

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease muffin pan lightly or use 12 large baking cups.

Mix

Empty muffin mix in a medium size bowl. Add eggs, oil, and milk. Blend well until batter is smooth.

Flavour Tip!

Add 1 cup of your favourite fruit or chocolate chips to the mixture before baking.

Bake

Fill each muffin tin % full. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Makes 12 muffins.
