Each Packet Contains:

PGX Proprietary Blend
2.5 g

  Highly purified water soluble polysaccharide complex manufactured using the proprietary EnviroSimplex process: Konjac-mannan (Amorphophallus konjac) (root), xanthan gum, sodium alginate.

Recommended Dosage (Adults)

Stir 1–2 packets into 375–500 mL of cold water or juice. Drink additional water (375–500 mL) after taking PGX. Begin with 1 packet and gradually increase over several days as tolerated.

Up to 2 packets 3 times daily may be required in some cases for optimal results or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Use consistently before or with meals or with healthy snacks to obtain the desired results.
