Ingredients

Shilajeet 3:1 extract (10-11% fulvicacid) 50mg – Daily Dose 1500mg

Directions-

Take 1 Capsule daily or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Take 2 hours after or before taking other Health Products.

if you are breast feeding, have or develop abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting or have diabetes

if you have kidney disorders, gout, gouty arthritis and/or are susceptible to kidney stone formation
