Organic family EDEN Butter Beans, Baby Lima Beans, are soaked overnight and pressure cooked with no chemical additives at Eden’s certified organic, kosher cannery. Lima beans offer a superb variation with their smooth, buttery taste. Butter beans or Baby Lima beans are a light-colored disc, relatively small variety known as Carolina or seiva beans. Regular Lima beans are a much larger variety and more yellowish. Baby Limas are an excellent side dish, and make great soup as a creamy base. Use in stew, for dips, spreads, or mashed, and in salads. Combined with sweet corn, they make the famous succotash dish. No salt added. EDEN beans come in BPA, BPS, and phthalate free cans since 1999.
