Amino acids are the building blocks of protein (e.g. muscle tissue). There are 20 amino acids found in muscle tissue. Of these, 9 are essential, meaning they must be obtained through the Nutrition Plan. Whereas, the other 11 are termed non-essential as they can be made within the body (from other amino acids).

Recommended Use

Mix or shake 6.6g‡ (-1 Scoop) of BCAA Hyper Clear in 500mL (2 Cups) of ice-cold Water. Take during training or between meals while dieting to build muscle or retain lean mass.
