Each capsule contains:

325 mg Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis, extract 4:1) equivalent to 1300 mg dried herb top.

175 mg Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora, extract 4:1) equivalent to 700 mg dried herb top.

100 mg Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata, extract 4:1) equivalent to 400 mg of dried herb top.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose.

Lemon Balm is used for Restful-Restful-Sleep disorders due to its soothing properties. It helps reduce anxiety, restlessness and the effects of stress, while also helping to remedy digestive disorders that are rooted in the nervous system.

Skullcap eases both emotional and physical tension. The plant promotes relaxation by helping to relieve nervousness, muscle spasms and nervous tics. It also calms nighttime brain activity and helps prepare for Restful-Restful-Sleep.

Directions

Dosage (adults 18 years and older)

Take 1 to 2 capsules per day 15-30 minutes before bedtime.

Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness and/or with analgesic properties. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner physician if symptoms persist or worsen.
