Brewer's Yeast serves as a beneficial protein and B-vitamin source. It's cultivated by fermenting Saccharomyces cerevisiae on malted barley during beer production. Following fermentation, the yeast is isolated from the beer, undergoes roller drying, and is debittered.

Directions

Take 2 tablespoons (16 g) daily mixed in milk, cereal or juice. Also add to cooking and baking recipes to boost nutritional content.

Store in a cool dry place, after opening.
