Recommended Dose

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with meals. Take a few hours before or after taking other Health Products.

Contra-Indications

Do not use it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use if you experience joint pain or hot flashes. If you develop liver-related symptoms (e.g. abdominal pain, jaundice) or symptoms of low estrogen, discontinue use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner.
