Ingredients

Ashwagandha Root (wiithania Somnifera) 5000mg – daily dose 5000mg

Directions-

adults mix 1 teaspoon (5g) daily with water or milk, or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Take 2 hours before or after taking other Health Products.

Do not use - if seal under cap is found missing or damaged
