Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Recommended Doses

(Adult): Mix one scoop (7g) in 250 - 500mL of liquid (water, juice, etc.). Take one serving daily 30 minutes prior to workout or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other Health Products or natural health products.

Store in an airtight container, protected from light, in a cool, dry place.

Consumption with ca eine-containing products (e.g. Health Products, co ee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté) is not recommended as it may increase the risk of adverse e ects.
